《澳大利亚中学英语》的创作主要由中、澳双方资深英语教育专家共同完成。
担任本教材总审校的为澳方英语教育专家Mark Taylor先生，他专门从事非英语母语学生的英语教学和研究工作，目前受聘于南澳阿德莱德英语中学。
中方专家组以首都师范大学英语教育系主任邱耀德先生为首，作为《澳大利亚中学英语》教材的主编，他还曾担任《剑桥少儿英语》教材的主编，并被英国剑桥大学授予剑桥少儿英语中国首席口语考官培训官的称号。
