人和如何在展示演讲的开始向听众介绍大致的演讲内容和程序。在今天的这一课中，我们要学习如何得体地结束展示演讲，还有就是如果在演讲的过程中有关的仪器设备出现意外状况时您应该如何应对。不过在 学习新的对话内容之前还是先让我们一起来回顾一下上一课我们学习过的内容，请听录音。
Douglas:  Lian and Lok, I’d like to formally welcome you to this meeting and thank you for giving us your time today.  Now without further ado, I’ll hand you over to Harvey and Victoria who’ve been working around the clock to prepare this presentation for you.
Harvey:  Thanks, Douglas.  As you know, I’m Harvey, Chief Purchasing Officer.  Our aim today is to give you an idea of what a partnership¹ with Hale and Hearty² involves.  Our presentation is in five parts. First, I’ll give you some background information on the company.  Next, Victoria will take you through the marketing³ process.  Thirdly, I’ll talk projected figures and then Caroline will talk about what a partnership with Hale and Hearty entails⁴.  And finally we’ll have questions and answers but if you need to ask anything, feel free to interrupt.

Harvey:  So, as you can see, in its thirty years of operation, Hale and Hearty has become a household name in Australia and is well on the way to becoming one in New Zealand.
