M: Well,The Bank I use for my commercial account wants me to submit a loan application.
F:a Commercial bank is one funding source , the other two we might consider are investment banks and joint ventures.
M: Let’s look at the commercial bank first, I mean I already have a relationship with them.
F: That’s a big advantage.
M: sure! They know my track record.
F: you can use your past relationship to build a rapport and ongoing³ relationship.
M: I like working with them ,they got me through a few rough spots(帮我度过几次难关)
Q：what are 3 possible sources of funding?
