　　There's a patient in the waiting room, Doctor.

　　She said that she has pain and swelling¹ around an upper tooth.

　　Probably not. I think I should try to save it. I'm sure that the tooth can be treated successfully.

　　First, I'll give you a local anesthetic² to make you comfortable.
