The Senate is planning to vote Monday in an attempt to end the government shut down. Majority leader Mitch Mcconnell and Minority leader Chuck Schumer said negotiations¹ were still underway well in the Sunday night.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu greeted Vice² President Mike Pence in Jerusalem on Monday. Pence is set to speak to the Israeli Parliament. The main Arab party in Parliament says it plans to boycott³ after President Trump⁴ recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Police in central Florida say they are seeking a person of interests after two pipe bombs exploded in a mall. The blasts were in a service corridor where customers generally wouldn't go. Nobody was hurt.

And there were celebrations in Philadelphia because the Eagles are going to Super Bowl 52. They clobbered⁵ Minnesota Sunday. The Eagles will play the New England patriots⁶ who beat Jacksonville.
