In California, 10 people are dead and 10 were wounded when a shooter opened fire during a Lunar New Year celebration.

It happened at a ballroom¹ dance studio in Monterey Park, in Los Angeles County on Saturday evening.

As of Sunday afternoon, police said the shooter had not been identified and is still on the loose.
