　　Once there was a beautiful big red wagon in the window of a toy store. 玩具店的橱窗里以前有一辆漂亮的红色大马车。

　　Billy and George often came to the store window and looked at the toys. 比利和乔治经常来商店橱窗处看玩具，

　　Among them were tops and sleds, books and balls, and other fine things. 里面有陀螺、雪橇、书籍和球等好东西。

　　But the boys liked the red wagon best of all. 但他们最喜欢红色的玩具马车。

　　"I wish I had that wagon," said Billy. "I could use it for so many things." “我要是有那辆车多好啊，”比利说，“我会用它做很多事。”

　　The man who kept the store heard the boys talking about the big red wagon. 店主听到了孩子们谈论红色大马车的话。

　　"I can't stop just now," answered Billy. “我现在不能停下来玩，”比利说，

　　Billy went on. Soon he came past again with his arms full of packages. 比利继续走。不久他就抱着一堆东西回来了。
