A: A friend of mine is now in the big house. He was caught red-handed for selling cocaine¹.
我的一个朋友现在在监狱里，他出售可卡因给人当场抓住。
B: That is a deadly risky² business. He should have it coming on him.
这买卖可是风险很大的。他是罪有因得。
A: He must be regretting about having done the business.
他现在一定后悔干了这一行。
B:I bet he is. He domed³ his own life.
他肯定后悔，他这辈子毁了。

1. a big house：州或联邦监狱，罪犯教养所
Eg. At the thought of being sent to a big house, he shook with fear.
他一想到被送进监狱，就吓得发抖。
Eg. If you go on like this you will be put into a big house.

4. come on：降临，到来
Eg. Winter is coming on.

Eg. Don't regret about your past as it is useless. And you should prevent the same mistake in the future.

1 cocaine   

n.可卡因，古柯碱（用作局部麻醉剂）

2 risky
