　　Step Two: Empathize. Let them know that not only do you understand where they're coming from, but you understand how they feel about their position. Don't dismiss their feelings or negate¹ their experiences, even if you disagree, which you probably do.

　　步骤二：展现同理心。让他们知道你不仅了解他们说这些话的原因，而且也对他们的处境能感同身受。不要忽略他们的感受，或否定他们的经历，即便你可能并不认同他们，也不要这么做。
