　　A:Yes, sir? Can I help you?

　　A：你好，先生。我可以为你做点什么吗？

　　B:You see... I bought this Ten Band & TV World Receiver here, and it does not work properly. I'm afraid there's something wrong with the short wave frequency, and also there's too much noise.

　　B：你知道……我在这儿买了这个十波段的电视收听器，收听效果不是很好。恐怕它的短波收频出了差错，并且噪音特别大。

　　A:Do you have your receipt?

　　A：你有收据吗？

　　B:No, I haven't. Why?

　　B：没有。怎么了？

　　A:Well, sir, then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about it.

　　A：喔，先生，我恐怕我们什么也不能做了。

　　B:In that case, I'd like to see your manager.

　　B：在那种情况下，我想见见你们的经理。
