　　What is a budget? 什么是预算？

　　A budget is a plan² for spending or saving³ money. 预算是指花钱或省钱的计划。

　　If you want to buy something expensive, you should save⁴ money for a few⁵ months. 如果你想买个贵点儿的东西，就应该存几个月的钱。

　　If you spend money without any plan, you'll be out of money soon. 如果你没有计划得花钱，钱很快就会花光。

　　People always need a budget to buy things. 人们买东西总是需要预算的。

　　Do you have a budget to buy a new computer? 你有买一台新电脑的预算吗？

　　Then you can go shopping now. 那现在就去买吧。

　　You don't have a budget, then you should save money first. 如果你没这个预算，就先省钱吧。

　　A budget is very important⁶ for companies⁷ and countries also. 预算对国家和企业也很重要。
