1 penalty   

n.处罚，刑罚，罚款

2 spoke

3 paralyzed   

adj.瘫痪的

参考例句：

4 immoral   

adj.不道德的，淫荡的，荒淫的，有伤风化的

5 persecuted   

（尤指宗教或政治信仰的）迫害(~sb. for sth.)( persecute的过去式和过去分词 )； 烦扰，困扰或骚扰某人

参考例句：

6 discriminated   

分别，辨别，区分( discriminate的过去式和过去分词 )； 歧视，有差别地对待

7 gang

8 notorious

10 lover
