四川成都双流机场遭无人机扰航

 　　Four drones flown illegally over Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport in Sichuan last Friday forced a total of 58 flights to land at alternative airports, four flights to return, and more than 10 to be canceled. More than 10,000 passengers were stranded¹ at the airport.

　　上周五，四川成都双流国际机场遭遇四架“黑飞”无人机，导致共58个航班备降，4个航班返航，10多个航班取消，逾1万名旅客滞留机场。

　　The airport resumed normal operations early last Saturday morning.

　　The flying of drones close to the airport could pose a great threat to aviation safety as the drones could easily be sucked into the engine or crash into an airplane's cockpit window.

　　Chengdu is a hot spot for illegal drone flights as there are many manufacturers as well as amateurs and professionals who fly drones in the city, an insider said.

　　据业内人士介绍，由于成都有不少无人机制造商以及业余和专业无人机驾驶员，该市频现无人机“黑飞”。

　　Feng Zhenglin, head of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, said in March that the administration would introduce a real-name system to regulate the drone industry.

　　中国民用航空局局长冯正霖3月曾表示，民航局将推行实名制以规范无人机产业。

　　Some experts have suggested regulating drones by attaching GPS systems to their flying control systems, as well as installing defense² system at airports to keep flying machines away.

　　一些专家建议，为了管理无人机，应在无人机飞行控制系统上安装全球定位系统，并在机场部署防护系统以防无人机靠近。
