 　　I will not believe that Jon Arryn allowed Robert to beggar the realm, Ned said hotly. 琼恩·艾林绝不会允许劳勃这样挥霍。奈德忿忿地说。

　　Grand Maester Pycelle shook his great bald head, his chains clinking softly. Lord Arryn was a prudent¹ man, but I fear that His Grace does not always listen to wise counsel. 派席尔总师摇摇他那颗光头，项链轻声作响。艾林大人固然精打细算，但恐怕国王陛下不见得都听从睿智的谏言。
