　　Tip:

　　make up用法很多，可以表示"化妆，构成，捏造，赔偿，弥补，和解"等意思， make up for为固定词组，只有"补偿，弥补"的意思。如 I have a lot of faults to make up for. (我有许多缺点需要弥补。)
