求职：学历更重要，还是经验更重要？

 　　A diploma is more important than experience in job-seeking.

　　求职时，学历比经验更重要。

　　Knowledge is a key factor in one's future. Without being well-educated, you are not able to do many jobs which need special and professional knowledge and skills. Therefore, a diploma can be a benchmark to judge a person's ability.

　　知识决定命运。没有良好的教育，你就不能够做许多和专业知识及能力相关的工作，因此学历是判断一个人能力的标准。

　　In my opinion, exerience can be gained gradually after graduation. However, for some professional knowledge, the situation is totally different. Sometimes, it will take a long time to absorb(理解) and need a teacher's guidance. When you enter the working field , you will have a limited time to study. Therefore, I think as a student, the most important thing for us is to achieve a higher degree which can be an advantage for us to compete with others.

　　在我看来，经验能在毕业之后慢慢获得。然而对于一些专业的知识而言，情况就大不相同了。有时候这些知识会花费很长时间去理解，而且还需要老师的指导。当你有个工作之后，你的学习时间就非常的有限了。因此，作为一个学生，对我们来说最重要的事情就是获得高学历，这是我们和他人进行竞争的优势所在。

　　Nowadays, more and more employers¹ tend to employ those people who have relative experience with their future jobs. Therefore, in order to gain a comprative(相当的) edge in job-seeking, we should pay more attention to gain experience than to pursue² a high degree.

　　现在，越来越多的招聘者倾向于那些对未来工作有一定经验的人。因此，想要在找工作中高人一筹，我们应该更加注重增长经验，而不是一味地追求高学历。

　　A high degree does not stand for strong ability in job performance. However, with more experience in working, we can realize(意识到) which skills are needed and which ones are not, and we can learn with a certain and clear objective³(目标), But we have no such a clear objective when are at school. Most students waste a lot of time on some courses which are not necessary in their future jobs.

　　高学历并不代表在工作中的高能力。然而，如果我们有更多的经验，我们就会意识到哪些技能是我们需要的，哪些是我们不需要的，从而我们就有了一个明确的目标。但是我们在上学的时候是不会在有这样清晰的目标的。许多学生在一些对以后的工作没有帮助的课程上浪费了很多的时间。
