It was the day before Easter and Peter Cottontail was very busy. As the Chief Easter Bunny, it was his job to hide all the eggs for all the Easter egg hunts around the world. Peter wanted to be sure that he had enough of the beautifully colored eggs for everyone. So he was counting them all.But he kept getting distracted¹ and losing count.

时间是复活节之前，皮特很忙。作为主要的复活节兔子，他的工作是将所有的为全世界复活节狩猎所需要的蛋藏起来。皮特想确定他有充足的为复活节而准备的美丽的彩蛋。所以他正在把它们都数一数。但是他一直分神而忘了数的数字。

Then Peter thought he heard three meows from three little kittens. "Maybe they're outside," thought Peter. So, he opened the door and sure engough...
