North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un says the entire US mainland is within the rogue¹ nation'snuclear reach. Speaking in a rare televised address Kim told the country nuclear capabilityfor North Korea is now a reality. Kim says the weapons will only be used if North Korea'ssecurity is threatened.
