丽奈特：四点十二分，很抱歉把你吵醒，但我很担心你母亲，我觉得她头脑不清醒。

汤姆：你四点把我吵醒就是为了抱怨我母亲，上班时间再说不行吗？

Tom: You okay?

What time is it?

Lynette: 4：12. I'm sorry to wake you up, but I am worried about your mom. I don't think she's all there.

Tom: You woke me up at 4:00 a.M. To bitch about my mom? You couldn't do that during business hours?

Lynette: No. Listen. She sent me out to buy hand cream when she already had ten jars. She forgot to wake up the baby.

Tom: She's older. She forgets some things.

Lynette: No! She also has these...intense¹ mood swings. I mean, today, she almost took my head off for no reason...

Tom: Well, she's--

Lynette:... and then--and then she looked like she was gonna burst² into tears.

Tom: She's away from home. She isn't used to all this chaos³.

Lynette: Okay. I get it. She's your mom, and you love her, and you can look for an excuse for every one of these things. But I think there's more going on here than just her being a little forgetful⁴.

汤姆：你还好吧？几点了？

丽奈特：四点十二分，很抱歉把你吵醒，但我很担心你母亲，我觉得她头脑不清醒。

汤姆：你四点把我吵醒就是为了抱怨我母亲，上班时间再说不行吗？

丽奈特：不，听着 ，她让我去帮她买手霜，其实她已经存了十罐了，她还忘了叫醒宝宝。

汤姆：她老了，会忘事。

丽奈特：不，她还有强烈的情绪波动，她毫无理由的冲我发火，紧接着她眼泪都快溢出来了。

汤姆：她很久没回来了，还不习惯这些混乱。

丽奈特：好吧，我明白了。她是你母亲，你爱她，你会为每件事都找个借口。但我觉得发生的一切，可不止是一点点健忘的问题。
