I peered and pryed about the Devil-dam; from her, hopped⁷ over to the Tit-bit;  船有多种，你也许见过那些横帆船、舢版、帆桨两用船…

and finally, going on board the Pequod, looked around her for a moment, and then decided⁸ that this was the very ship for us.  最后,四处看了一下,然后决定,这就是我们的船。
