 　　What about delivery? When can you deliver the goods?

　　送货呢？什么时候你能送货？

　　We can deliver the goods within fifteen days upon receipt of your order.

　　自从收到订单之日起15天内交货。

　　Delivery will be made ten days after receipt of your L/C.

　　收到你方信用证后10天即可发货。

　　Well, we've got rather a backlog¹ of orders at the moment. I should think it'll take somewhere one and two months.

　　最近我们积压的订单较多。也许要一两个月才能送货。

　　Well, that's rather difficult at the moment. But if you're prepared to wait, we'll give you a reduction in price...

　　I wonder if you could allow any discount.

　　建立服务是依赖于收到该公司支付的费用肯定。

　　Order may only be processed upon receipt of full payment and refund⁶ will not be accepted in any cases.

　　本公司只处理已收妥所有款项的订单，并在任何情况之下都不接受退款。

　　2. L/C abbr. 信用状（letter of credit）

　　An irrevocable and transferable L/C.

　　不可撤销的，可转让的信用证。

　　As for payment, we prefer an irrevocable L/C.

　　至于付款条件，我方希望开立不可撤销的信用证。

　　For large orders, we insist on payment by L/C.

　　对于金额大的订货，我们便要求开信用证。
