The 38-country international Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development has slashed² its global economic outlook largely because of the Russia-Ukraine war.

A man from California is in federal custody⁴ charged with attempted murder after being arrested near U.S. Supreme⁵ Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's house in Maryland.
