Now, on New Year, you see, in China, when all the feasting and celebrations¹ are over,

the people of China like to come to one of these, which is a Temple Fair.

中国人就喜欢到这样的地方来玩，这叫做庙会

It is tradition that dates back hundreds of years.

这一民俗的来由可以追溯到几百年前

It's an opportunity to get out into the open air,

逛庙会能让你到外面透透气

you know, to burn off a few calories² and go for a stroll³ with your family or your best chum.

消耗掉一些卡路里，可以带全家一起出去走走，或是跟最好的朋友
