这个表达所用到的知识点并不难，每一个单词你肯定都认识。它同样可以用在餐厅点餐等情况。

To "go with" something means that you will choose or buy that item.
"go with something" 的意思是你要选或者买那个东西。

For example, if you want a salad at a restaurant, you can tell the waitress "I'll go with a salad for lunch."
比如你在餐厅里想点一个沙拉，就可以和服务员说“我午饭要一个沙拉。”

Or if your friend asks you which color shirt looks better, you can say "I'd go with the blue one."
或者如果你的朋友问你哪个颜色更好看，你可以说“我选蓝色的那件。”

If you prefer something, it means that you like something.
如果你“prefer something”，表示你更喜欢某个东西。

For example, if your friend likes to drink black coffee but you don't, you can say "I prefer to have milk and sugar in my coffee.“
比如，如果你的朋友喜欢黑咖啡但你不喜欢，你可以说”我更喜欢有奶精和糖的咖啡。“

Again, to "go with" something means that you pick that thing.
