　　Tip:

　　invite作及物动词，表示 "邀请，招待"时，常用结构为: invite sb. to do , invite sb +副词或介词短语，表示"邀请某人做某事邀某人去某地"。如 They've invited us to stay for the weekend. (他们已邀请我们留下来度周末)。表示"请求，征求"。如 Questions were invited after the meeting. (会后欢迎提问)。还可表示 "招致，引起"。如 His carelessness invited this bad result. (他的粗心招致了不好的结果)。
