My dish is minced¹ up with lettuce² cups.

往菜里加一些剁碎的生菜

I'm going to stir fry the Peking duck with radish and cucumber,

along with some fresh water chestnuts³.

I want to get those really, really hot.

All these condiments⁷ he uses for his Peking duck,
