And of course that's how he got into the bank, he ran along the window ledge⁶ onto the terrace.

So, the killer goes to the bank, leaves a threatening cipher⁷ for Van Coon.

Van Coon panics, returns to his apartment, locks himself in.

Hours later, he dies.

数小时后，他死了。

The killer finds Lukis at the library, he writes the cipher on the shelf where he knows it'll be seen.

凶手在图书馆找到了路基斯，并在他能看到的书架上留下密码。

Lukis goes home.

路基斯逃回家。

Late that night, he dies too.

1 inspector

6 ledge
