According to techradar.com, Certain batteries in Galaxy Note 4 refurbished smartphones are being recalled for overheating by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

The batteries were put into the refurbished AT&T Note 4 phones, issued as replacements² via the insurance program with AT&T.

At the time of this story there had been one report of a counterfeit³ battery overheating, there are no reports of personal injury or damage to property.
