According to Reuters, a federal judge has granted adult film actress Stormy Daniels' request to dismiss a defamation¹ claim against U.S. President Donald Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen.

据路透社报道，成人电影演员斯托米·丹尼尔斯想要撤回针对特朗普总统的前律师迈克尔·科恩的诽谤指控，一名联邦法官同意了她的请求。

The judge said that federal rules permitted Daniels to amend² her lawsuit³, and there was "nothing wrong" with her request to drop the defamation claim.

He said not granting that request could even prejudice Cohen by potentially forcing Trump's self-proclaimed former fixer "to continue to litigate a meritless defamation claim."
