On Thursday, President Barack Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau held a news conference after a meeting in the Oval¹ Office.

The meeting followed a welcoming ceremony where the White House rolled out the red carpet on Thursday for the first official visit in nearly two decades by a Canadian prime minister.
