British police have arrested a second man in relation to the London tube attack. The 21 year-old was arrested in the west London suburb of Hounslow. Earlier, police raided a home and arrested an 18 year old in connection with the homemade bomb which injured 30 people on Friday. The terror threat in the UK remains¹ at critical.
