The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration¹ reports over 10,000 people were killed last year in alcohol-related driving crashes and Sioux City, Iowa's Mercy Medical Center is now distributing tens of thousands of bright yellow napkins to area bars with a message that encourages people not to drink and drive in the nights leading up to New Year's Eve.
