We are going to need a lot of help here to rebuild."

Sickler said at a press conference that at least one person had been confirmed dead in connection to the fire after a body was recovered in north Ashland. It is not yet clear how the death occurred or the identity of the individual but a "criminal investigation⁵" into the fatality⁶ is now underway.
