That'll serve 3,300 registered medical marijuana users.

“To be quite frank, if you had been talking to me two years ago I would have been one of those people who consider this a stigma¹ for other people.”

A stigma though Bill Wilson, who says he's never smoked pot, suffers from bulging² discs and arthritis³ of the spine⁴.

Officials say the medical marijuana will come in child resistant⁵ and tamper⁶ proof packaging.

22 states and D.C.now have medical marijuana laws on the books.
